delivery zones We currently only ship to addresses in Australia. Please be patient with us as we develop our international shipping capacity.
delivery times We ship orders (from our base in Mildura) within 2 working days. Delivery times will vary by region.
order tracking When we ship your order, you will receive tracking information direct from our freight forwarder Australia Post.
delivery We take diligent care to ship your order to the delivery address supplied by you. However we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data supplied by you. Please take care to provide us with your correct shipping information.

With each 100ml perfume product we include a free sample vial for your enjoyment.
We encourage you to trial the sample before opening your goods to get to know the fragrance.
If you are not satisfied with your selection, return the unused goods to us for exchange for another fragrance or refund.
We offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 15 days of receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.
You are most welcome to keep the 4ml fragrance sampler.
On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the purchase price or exchange the goods. We will only refund your return costs if the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied by us.
Always ensure you keep Australia Post proof of postage when you return goods to us. This is to be used in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods, within 15 days of receiving your returned products, provided that you have returned the products to us in their original condition to our address within 15 days of delivery.
You will receive email notification of your refund from Arya perfume company.
Refunds will be made to the original Paypal account used for the purchase or to your nominated bank account.

Upon receiving your goods, please inspect your purchase.
If you do not do this within 15 days of receiving the goods, we cannot accept your rejection of the purchase after this time. It will be deemed that you have accepted the goods unless you notify us within this time that you have cancelled the order or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.

incorrect product or item
If you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item needs to be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and handling return charges.
damaged or faulty goods
If the goods received are damaged or faulty in any way, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund.
To assure prompt service, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. We will need you to provide evidence of the damaged goods to provide a replacement or refund.
